We understand that unexpected delays happen and do our best to accommodate late arrivals.
However, arriving late may shorten your service or require rescheduling to avoid delays for other guests.

What happens If I arrive late?

We have plenty of free parking at the salon.
Please ask our reception for a complimentary parking pass if your visit will be longer than two hours before 3 pm on weekdays, when time limits are in effect.

Do you have free parking?

Located in the Langley Business Centre at 200th St. and 88th Ave, we are conveniently located at the 200th St. exit of Hwy 1 (Exit #58) and are a 4 minute walk to Carvolth Exchange.

Are you located near transit?

Hair that requires extra time and product to achieve the desired service might have an extra charge. Your stylist will discuss this with you either at your consultation or the beginning of your service.

Do you charge extra for long hair?

We use Goldwell hair colour to provide personalized, vibrant and long lasting results that enhance shine and health.  We also offer Goldwell Topchic Zero, an ammonia-free option for a gentler colouring experience.

What brand of Haircolour do you use?

Haircuts are typically scheduled for 60 minutes but may vary based on your hair and the complexity of the cut. Color treatments, balayage and extensions can take several hours. For an accurate time estimate, please consult with your stylist.

How long will my appointment be?

Policies & FAQs

We encourage clients to keep their phone on silent or vibrate during their visit as it can be disruptive to the salon atmosphere. 

Phones

All new cut and colour clients receive a complimentary 15-minute consultation, while those booking creative colour, corrective colour, balayage or large foil services must complete an in-person or Vivid email consultation prior to their service.
A consultation allows us to assess your hair type, scalp condition and history while discussing your maintenance preferences.
We create a personalized plan, recommend treatments and ensure your hair is prepared for your service. This helps determine the correct service, timing and pricing while preventing potential issues like damage or unexpected results.

Consultations

We require 24 hours notice for all cancelled haircut appointments and 48 hours notice for all hair colour and hair extension appointments. Deposits are non-refundable without our required notice.

Cancellations

By booking an appointment, you agree to our deposit policy. Thank you for understanding and supporting our salon.

A $50 deposit is required for all new clients booking a hair colour service.
A $100 deposit is required for all new clients having a specialized service including foils, balayage, creative colour and corrective colour services.
A $50 deposit is required for all returning clients booking foil, balayage, creative colour, and corrective colour services.
The deposit paid will be applied toward the scheduled appointment for which it was made.
Clients who reschedule within our timeframe can transfer their deposit to the new appointment.
Clients who cancel within our timeframe will have their deposit refunded. 
Last-minute cancellations or failure to show up will result in a forfeited deposit.
Clients who fail to show up for an appointment without notice must pay a 50% deposit for all future bookings.
